C.O.R.E Instructor Training Module 2: Dynamic Flexibility This module designed for fitness professionals and offers unique stretches designed specifically for the Resist-A-Ball®. Slow controlled movements that heighten postural awareness, spinal stabilization and trunk strengthening are emphasized in this module.
